INGREDIENTS: Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) 1.5% withanolides, anti-caking agent: talc; capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans.

SUGGESTED USE: Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water (at least 250 ml).

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a dry place, in a sealed container, at a temperature of 15-20 °C. Keep away from direct heat, moisture, and sunlight. Do not store for more than 6 months after opening. Keep out of reach of small children. 

WARNING: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for children, pregnant, or breastfeeding women. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, or if you are taking sedative, sleeping, or antiepileptic medications.
